Women with Vision Opticians and Sunglass Specialists are a company based in Edmonton that specializes in finding the perfect frames for their customers. The problem is that WWV were looking to update their logo and identity to fit to more of their needs and have a consistency with the branding.
The concept for the new identity and logo was to create something familiar to customers as well as giving Women with Vision a fresh new look. By using a typeface that is similar to the one they use now, acknowledges their past logo so it is recognizable to the customers. As well the different typeface that is seen in the “S” provides a certain character to the logo and visual identity. This also provides an inspiration to the supporting graphic of the circles that are used in stationary items and advertising.
